Maria’s love for health and fitness sparked at a young age. Soon after enrolling in the honours specialization in nutrition and dietetics program at Western U, Maria began working out at her local gym and discovered her love for fitness. After being approached by an IFBB pro about competing Maria decided to compete in her first fitness competition, which set off her spark for competing, where she landed 2nd place. Soon after Maria joined Team T-rex, and is now being coached by Sean Tierney and is working towards her IFBB Pro card in bikini.
