Breanne’s first workouts took place in a makeshift, high school classroom gym on her volleyball coach’s orders. Her initial attraction was to how it enhanced her performance in sport but it became more as she started to see the longer term effects on her physique. She used her 21st birthday money to buy her first real training program from a women’s bodybuilder with the goal of achieving a fitness model worthy body. She was approached years later by an IFBB pro who suggested she take a shot at the stage and she hasn’t looked back since. Breanne made it all the way to the national stage in bikini her first year and recently took home an overall in her first figure show.

Breanne shares her passion for fitness (and cheat meals) with her “swolemate”, is fortunate to spend her weekdays working at her dream job in tech sales, and uses her frequent flyer points to get home to her Alberta roots as often as possible.
