Erin is a provincially qualified bikini athlete and online coach with her HQ located inside Fitness Connection Richmond Hill. She is certified in Naturopath Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Detox Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Personal Training and YogaFit.

She has a background in competitive gymnastics for 13 years and has worked in the Fitness and MMA industry for 15+ years. Her experience over time has landed her in several publications and radio shows worldwide such as: Physique Magazine, Natural Muscle Magazine, Fighters Only Magazine, Bleacher Report, The Fan590, Sportsnet, Hardcore Sports Radio, The Fight Network, The Score Network, and more.

She recently began her journey in the Fitness Competition industry and participated in her first show in June 2019 where she took home the overall win which qualified her to compete for her IFBB pro card.

Aside from being an online coach, Erin is also an Esthetician and skincare professional for her own business, Beauty By Jade. Having knowledge in both Health and Beauty, Erin is able to combine her skillset to help people look and feel their best.
