    Courtney’s fitness journey began at a young age as a competitive Track and Field athlete and Figure Skater. She found her way into the fitness industry after overcoming two years of being anorexic. She was able to heal herself through fitness and nutrition and understands the importance of self-love and a positive mind set. Courtney sets out to challenge all of her clients and push them beyond the limits they have set for themselves, as she knows there are no such things as limits when it comes to chasing after what you want. She is passionate about coaching and transforming the lives of others on a physical mental and emotional level.

    1. Detox teas and juices don’t work. Harder training and nutrition has always and will always be the only way for you to get results
    2. Carbs do NOT make you fat, they are the energy source of your body. Placing them strategically will help you lose weight not gain weight
    3. Salt is essential for your body to function, you do not need to cut sodium out of your diet!
