I had a very active childhood that started with swimming, horseback riding, and volleyball. As time went on, I became more involved with running and going to the gym. It wasn’t until I was in a car accident and having to go through physical therapy and rehabilitation that I became more involved with weights. Being forced to isolate specific muscle groups and activate muscles that had been quiet begin to fuel my love for weight lifting. With the encouragement from my family, I decided to enter a bikini competition and haven’t looked back. I was fortunate to join Team T-Rex and have currently been working with head coach Adam Headland to add more muscle in the off season. Looking forward to Provincial Bikini in August and maybe even a Figure class in the future! I spend time with my dogs, my horse, my family and baking new and fun treats for friendsto enjoy.
