    Jenna is extremely passionate about fitness, nutrition, competing and most importantly the balance between contest prep and enjoying everyday life! With over 12 years of working to help others reach their fitness goals she is confident her coaching skills can help to make you successful. After personally going through many good and bad nutritionists and coaches along her fitness journey she feels ready to help you make sure you don’t have to go through the upsets of an unprepared coach.

    Jenna’s main goal with contest prep or nutrition coaching in general is to make sure the program suits the individual – competing is meant to be fun and to surpass goals of what we think we are capable of but most importantly is our longterm health and with a background in holistic nutrition this is the part she is most passionate about – keeping the body healthy!
